    Digestive Enzymes and Diet Supps

I'd be very interested to hear what you all recommend to supplement food-wise into ones diet to improve absorption, make up for lacking nutrients, improve digestion, etc.

I've heard of something called Isotonix, which is suppose to help. But I have no basis for comparison. I've never heard of anyone using it.

I use bromelaine as well as Betaine HCL... the latter not being an enzyme, but a digestive aide all the same.

I just started throwing in a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with 3 of my meals each day to aid in digestion. I have less of that Bloated feeling after the meals in which I take it.
