Ive been trying to shed some fat B4 my wedding, Ive been at it 10 weeks but only half of that Ive been "Cutting" . Ive got only 2 weeks to go and the past week I seem to have stopped loosing fat in my mid section, Please Help me get there... Here's what im eatin:
8:00am - two scoops whey, 1/2 cup cooked oats Plain
11:00am - 1 & 1/2 chicken breast 1/2 cup brown rice and carrots or broccoli
mid lunch snack - almonds - handful
3:00pm - 1 & 1/2 chicken breast 1/2 cup brow rice
5:00pm - pre workout shake or supplements
5:30pm - workout
7:00/7:30pm - postworkout shake 40carb 35g protein
8:30 - Grilled fish/salmon, salad with vinagar/olive oil 1/3 cup brown rice
Before bed - small muslce milk or other casein shake
Am I eating too many carb's and not enough fat? It doesnt feel like alot of carbs because I try to keep my portions small but they really help my evening workouts.
Workouts are 5 days a week:
2 days are Weight only
3 other weight days + 20min cardio
2 cardio/rest days only - 45 min
Im a natural slim build and its hard for my to carry any muscle, thats why Im not doing cardio everyday and keeping carbs in my diet
Im - 5'10" 185lbs and right now about 10 - 11% bf Im just starting to show some upper abbs but would like to see some more
Id like to be 7-8%bf before the wedding Anyone think its possible in 2 weeks without loosing too much muscle mass??
