Hi all first off thanks to all the peeps that put so much work into the sticky's and others posts on here in regards to diet. I am 35yo 15%bf 224 pounds.
I started at 20%bf just 4 weeks ago but thanks to the great diet advice here i am down to 15% already and have 8 weeks to go.
My question is on a bulking diet why do bodybuilders have a teaspoon of peanut butter at night? When i get to 10%bf i want to start a ASS cycle and bulk up a little was just curious how the PB works and why they take it?
Any help appreciated i just like to learn.
