    my diet, all help welcome

    06.45 large bowl of oatmeal. protein drink. 4 egg whites

    09.30 4 weetabix banana an tin of salmon

    12.00 2 chicken breats rice peas an broccoli.( plus a hospital meal replacement drink an high protein yoghurt)

    14.30 tin of tuna an tin of beans.

    16.30 workout. afterwards protein drink an bar ( 17.30)

    19.00 2 steaks an brown rice

    21.00 protein drink an bowl of porridge

    any help is welcome cheers.

    also, add macros (or at least amounts...how much is a "bowl of oatmeal"?)

    50g of oatmeal in morning an veg at 12.00 is 80g of rice an broccoli

    plus a tb spoon of p/b a t night too. am just gettin back into gym after shoulder injury lookin to put muscle back on naturally. left marines recently an 1st time av really had to do my own diet so all help welcome
