    Fish vs. other meats

I eat alot of fish, eggs, and dairy but don't eat red meat, chicken, or anything else. Now don't you pricks go flaming me for it cause believe me I've heard it all before. What I want to know is if there are any benefits that come from eating chicken or beef protein that you can't get from fish protein, eggs, etc...
Other than something simply tasting good...

    No mercury?

I really can't think of any good reason.

Red meat is always my primary protein source when dieting. Creatine, B Vitamins, Iron and fat content are my main reasons.

Have been eating this way for years and have never had a problem with mercury or food allergies.
