    diet on cycle

    Ive been eating a lot, but i seem to be like starving being on this cutting diet, so ive added a bit more carbs, would it be ok for me to carb load on like sundays for the week??? possibly an extra 150-200g

    sure, carb loading is essential if your carbs are low throughout the week. You will find that the leaner you get the more carbup days you need. I like to run 2 when I get around 10% BF. Timing is key though...you could run 3 low carb days in a row then follow it up with a refeed (carbup) day. How low are you keeping your carbs?

    im keeping my carbs on workout days now at about 200-250g per day on workout days and around 150-200 on cardio days. i carbed up on sunday so im guessing i should carb up sunday and like what wednesdays?? how many more carbs u talkin like 150-200 more?

    What are you stats? This will help me determine what an actual "low carb" day would be for you. You should time your carb up days to days where you are working out a large muscle group (ex. legs or back). Cardio only days I would keep the carbs super low like around 50g.

    stats are... 6'0, 225lbs, 22yrs old, roughly 12% BF.my BMR says around 3500 calories a day on medium activity... large muscle groups are monday teusdays and thursdays, chest back and legs. i try to consume around 200-250 per normal day and 150-200 on cardio day. i was doin great, then i started to cycle and i dont think im eating enough to supply the energy to my body

    How long have you been cycling and what results have you gotten so far? Is this a cutting cycle or bulking cycle? I would assume you are cutting. So, if your large muscle groups are on mon, tue, and thur then I would carb up on mon and thur. Low carb days I would keep carbs about 150-200g and I would probably keep carbs less than 100g on cardio only days. Oh yeah, I would go about 400carbs on your carb up days.

    alright man sounds good, im really big as it is, i dont want to get much bigger, i want to get shredded and prob add 10lbs of muscle to the groups i neglected when i was younger, like an idiot. its starting to balance out more and more as the cycle continues so im getting what i wanted. but thanks for the info ill do carb up days on those 2 days so im good for the week
