    Which Peanut Butter?

Love peanut butter, just trying to figure out which ones arent so bad for you. We have the Skippy at home but im not crazy about the 16g of total fat in 2 tbsp. Kind of a dumb topic but just curious if anyone has any ideas

Do you have a stop and shop near you. They have an organic, unsalted peanut butter that I love. I don't remember the brand name off hand. I'll check when I get home.

Hands down the best peanut butter is Smart balance all natural chunky...it also has flax seed oil in it and you DONT need to stir it or put it in the fridge! I get mine at stop and shop about $3.29 a jar.

I've tried to switch to the Smart Balance brand in the past due to the 0mega-3s. But I can never make it through a complete container. It taste like absolute ass to me

Theres a shop near me that allows you to make your own and stick a load of peanuts in a massive grinder. Your choice smooth or crunchy.

No additives, no sodium, so sugar nothing. I bet theres place organicky/health websites online that sell it all ready made?
