Changing workout times and have Q's

Ok, I am changing to working out in the am. I will post my full diet later but need to ask some questions first. The problem is that I can't work out first thing in the am because I have a 2 hour comute to work. So I will eat breakfast at 5am which will be a PRO/CARB meal. My first question is, will I need to sneak in another meal in between this one and my workout at 7:30am? I assume if yes then this would also be a PRO/CARB meal? I will be traveling so this either has to be a shake or something easy?? My current goal is to cut so I lift weights and then do cardio for 20 mins after. I take BCAA in between lifting and cardio and then take my post workout shake right after cardio. I will wind out doing low intensity cardio again later in the evening. If I wait 3 hours before this cardio session I assume this is the same as doing it on an empty stomach?? Thanks.

I would say dont add another meal before the weights and up the cardio after the weight to around 45 minutes. As for not eating for 3 hours and then doing cardio, It is not the same as doing it first thing in the morning.

Wouldn't I start to eat into muscle gains? What about waiting that long to take my post workout meal, isn't that too long of a wait? My after work out cardio is done at 60-65% of MHR.

NO. If your cutting you should'nt be focusing on gaining muscle. Its either one or the other. I do cardio for a full hour after weights 5x aday. You want to keep ur heart rate around the 130 BPM mark.
