    Chicken per serving

What is a good amount of chicken breast (in ounces) per meal and many grams of protein is in there?
Ive visited many websites and they all give different values.
    Going a little nuts.

4oz is around 25 grams of protein.

Eat as much as you need to meet your daily macros.

That's right, I get chicken breasts just over 200g which is around 8oz and there's 45-50 grams of protein.

Don't ever get the frozen bags of tyson chicken, I thought i'd give it a try. Bad move, it seems like if it's not fresh, it's not worth a damn.
