    out of money

    hey guys i will be out of money for like a week or so,i was bulking and dont wanna loose mass at least maintain in that week,what should i do?maybe some glutamine for that week,any ideas are welcomed

    Don't train. Limit your movement. Be lazy. Less movement = less calories burnt.

    does that mean that i should stop for a week or adjust my training?i am doing dc training btw

    damnit! that's what i was going to say.

    but in regard to eating, i would take it easy and eat everything i could. always eat.

    things are a little bit different here but would it be wise to eat as much as i can and train and maybe add some glutamine or eat as much as i can and stop training for that week maybe?

    weight?? i'd consider this a healing week and go from there.. fats/carbs, peanut butter, spam, whole chicken (cheapest) that should get you thinking

    180lbs and was looking to even bulk more but money is kinda an issue for me now affecting my bulking plans..

    buy a bag of red potatoes, and alot of regular store brand tuna.

    Eat carbs they're Cheap and are Muscle Sparing, take a week off from the Gym u will come back stronger

    basically what i was saying was, you always want to eat as opposed to not eating. so take this time to eat and heal. EFA's, lean protein, and complex carbs in every meal. and eat slightly higher than your maintenance level. thats what i would do, personally.

    i will take a week off and try to eat as much as i can and hopefully i dont loose any mass..
