diet question
if you're trying to lose weight but keep your strength or add muscle (esp if your alittle paunchy around the middle), how many calories should you consume?
my diminsions
6'0
252 lbs (not cut by any means.. more of a farm body)
bench 390
squat 495
i have big thighs but super small calves due to P.A.D
so my legs constantly ache and throb
i do cardio 5 times a week and play 2 hrs of hockey on the weekend
anything you guys suggest for me to take or cycle that would help keep or add power but cut down the fat?
diet ideas needed to
