1. 1 scoop whey, 1/4 egg beaters, for shake, also 2 eggs and half piece sausage for flavor, cup of granola in whole milk
2. cup and half 90% ground beef with cheddar jack cheese sprinkled sometimes through in half cup mixed veg
3. 1 1/2 cups Chicken or tuna salad with about 2 cups pasta
***Every other day after workout I get 2 scoops whey 1 scoop malto and scoop of dex
4. 1 1/2-2 ck breast with 1 cup pasta and 3/4 cup mixed veg
5. 1 1/2 cups whole milk cottage cheese with 1/4 cup fruit for flavor and Muscle milk shake
