Hey guys im gonna start cutting in about a month or so and ever since I started working out I have been bulking. I am planning on doing high intensity cardio for 20 minutes 3x a week. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me, thanks.

Meal 1: 4 egg whites 1 yolk
1/3 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: 4 oz. ground turkey with some broccoli and 1/2 cup of brown rice
Meal 3 and 4 count as pre and post workout meals and im not quite sure on what to do for those meals except for some flax seed oil for postworkout and protein shake.
Meal 5: 1x can of tuna
1/2 cup of brown rice
Meal 6: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with some splenda before bed.
