    Bed time meal

Hey guys, what can I eat for a bedtime meal. I can't stand cottage cheese (makes me gag when I try and eat it). I've mixed it with everything I can think of and just can't do it. I know I could take a casein shake but I would rather get the protein from a whole food source. Any ideas?

    lean beef

any lean protein source(chicken, tuna, turkey, egg whites) and a good fat source(nuts, olive oil, flax oil, fish oil, macadamian oil, natty peanut butter) will do

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I guess I could take down some eggs before bed with some natty PB. I just don't like going to bed on a full stomach and I would have to eat quite a bit of eggs to get my necessary protein.

just get some liquid egg whites and pound them, if they are pasteurized(like egg beaters egg whites) then there bioavailibility is around 95% i believe, very little taste

Yeah the liquid egg whites are a good idea and real easy to pound down.
