    Revised Diet

    I revised my diet based on feedback I received on this forum. Thanks to all who responded with helpful comments. My main change was adding more carbs to my diet. I have run a low carb diet for so long that I always fall back into that trap. Let me know what you think of my latest meal plan.

    6:00 – Acai Juice
    7:30 – 3 eggs, turkey & 2 slices dry wheat toast
    9:30 – Banana & Whey Protein Shake (2 scoops)
    10:45 – 8oz grill chicken & ½ sweet potato
    12:00 – 8oz grill chicken, mixed steamed veggies & brown rice
    2:00 – Apple
    3:00 - 8oz grill chicken & ½ sweet potato
    4:00 - Orange
    6:00 – lean meat & veggies
    9:30 – Whey Protein Shake (2 scoops)

    I’m currently running a 350mg 12 wk test e cycle. I have added 12 lbs of muscle and lost 6 lbs of fat after week 6. I’m looking to add lean muscle during this cycle and follow up with 2 months of cutting before summer. Please let me know if my diet looks in check.

    I think you better add macros and stats before asking for help.


    Whats with the fruit between meals?

    Why whey before bed, IMO, this is a bad idea. You need a slower digesting protein here, like casein or a solid meal.

    Maybe you should include where you workout is... and some details about your activity

    I do a 5x5 program Mon, Wed & Fri and HIIT cardio Tue,Thur & Sat.
