    Bit slow

    32
    6'2
    228
    15 bf

    3rd cycle consisting of

    1-12 Test e 500/w
    1-4 Dbol 50/d
4-12 Tri-tren 400/w (i know i know why 4th week, the source ****ed me up)
    10-14 Winstrol 50/d
    10-12 Clen 120/d ? (not decided yet)
5-14 Nolvadex 20/d (or would something else be better)

    Pct

    14-18 Clomid 100/d
14,15 Hcg (havent used it before so looking for advice on right dosage)

Going pretty hard both with weights and cardio. Aim to drop down to around 10-12% BF and bulk up. Aim is to eventually be about 250-260.

I feel like my diet is letting me down a bit. In the 4 weeks that i have been on test e and dbol i have gone up from 216 to 228 ( mostly water i would pressume). Im consuming 5 meals totaling but not every day 250g protein, 860g carbs and 120g fats. The problem is that with the work that i do i am not always eating at the same times and have to rush my meals. Any advise on meals that are good for on the run kinda guys?

    Thanks guys

Is this because you're working or at school or something? Can you bring a cooler with you?

try bringing a cooler with you, if you are including 1-2 shakes in your diet save them for times when you are most rushed for meals, if eggs are included in your diet drink them at time when you are rushing to get a meal in, use oats as a source of carbs grind them up and drink them. pre prepare everything for the following day, leave a small tub of whey in your car or bag, carry small packets of almonds/nuts on you so you can get sum good fats in to ya or make up the most convincing story to your boss, school teacher etc etc as to why you now have to eat because if you dont it will cause some type of health concern.

good luck man theres plenty of ways to go about ensuring you meet your daily calorie needs just gotta get creative

Work as an electrician and the thing is when i turn of the power to a shopping centre or a super market i have to have everything finished and power back on in 2 hrs. if i dont everyhting thats in fridges has to be thrown out. Then straight from one job onto next one , which means the only time i can eat is while driving ;-). so might grind up everything and drink it while driving.

i would do as above and prepare everything before hand,do your jobs average 2-3 hours each? instead of eating while i was driving when i arrived at next job i would take 5-10 minutes and sit in the parking lot and eat

grinding things up might suit your busy work schedual by the sounds of it. i do the same when im at work then i have my chicken, almonds, ground oats, raw egg whites or whatever sitting somewhere close by so wen im going about my job i can just shove abit in my mouth and continue what im doing whilst eating.
