    need some help

    Hey guys I don’t typically come over to the diet forum as I "think" I have a good diet but lately the refrigerator has been talking to me after 9pm...Am I going insane? But in all seriousness I have been getting massive cravings for junk at night. I am on a lean bulk and I can post my diet if you guys need some more detailed info but I need some suggestions and good things to eat at night besides celery and my before bed time shake.

    Filler foods that I eat at times to counteract hunger are:

    Baby Spinach 1 Cup 6 grams
    Asparagus 4 Spears 2.75 grams
    Celery 1 Stalk Less than 1 gram
    Cucumber 3.5 oz 2 grams
    Tomatoes 3.5 oz 4 grams
    Zucchini 3.5 oz 3.35 grams

    I find that after I have my last meal of FF Cottage cheese and almonds and fish oil I really don't get hungry after that so I usually eat these during the day, but tthe above foods are all "freebie" foods
