    mushrooms

    i cant find their nutritional content anywhere, some say they have fat others dont, anyone know a site that has the info or knows for sure??

    i was lookin for something to throw into egg whites

    they're about 90% water

    the calories you do get are 50% carbs 40% protien and 10% fat
    they contain so few calories from any source, the fats don't even register as a gram for most serving sizes. so yeah, that's why you're getting zero from some sources.

    Mushrooms are free. I never count them unless they are in a sauce.

    Love mushrooms! High in fiberas well, so they help to keep you satiated
