morning-scrambled eggs, peice of am. cheese and sausage patty. pint of skim milk
snack- banana w/ 2 TBS peanut butter
lunch- 4 hard boiled egg whites, 1 oz cheese, 1/2 lb lunch meat, steamed vegetables
20 mon cardio workout/abs, sauna 10 min
snack- banana w/ 2 tbs peanut butter
bag of 94% fat free pop corn.
this is my regular diet, or very close. is this good for a cycle or not?
