    my diet.. good for cycle?

    morning-scrambled eggs, peice of am. cheese and sausage patty. pint of skim milk

    snack- banana w/ 2 TBS peanut butter

    lunch
    - 4 hard boiled egg whites, 1 oz cheese, 1/2 lb lunch meat, steamed vegetables

    20 mon cardio workout/abs, sauna 10 min

    snack- banana w/ 2 tbs peanut butter

    bag of 94% fat free pop corn.

    this is my regular diet, or very close. is this good for a cycle or not?

    i have read then already... and everyone has different opinions on them. my goal is to gain lean mass while also shredding some bf on my 8 week cycle of test prop at 100mg/mL EOD. my PCT is nolva, 40 mg first 2 weeks, 20 mg 3rd week.

    working out past 3 years

    thats not a diet. thats two small meals with some bananas between them. gaining muscle while shedding bodyfat is pretty tough to do and i can guarantee its not going to be done with peanut butter and popcorn ed. imo youd have more success with the cuttin diet in the sticky without steroids then you would eating this garbage with steroids.

    not good bro... you better re-read those stickies because you have clearly missed alot of valuable information... It is possible to trim down on cycle and still pack on mass, but your diet, training, and cardio have to be spot on to truly reap the benefits
