    Difference between maltodextrine, dextrose and table sugar? :P

    Well what is the difference? Both act very quickly.
    And what about pooring 100g of table sugar in your shake post workout? :P hah just a thought, don't have a clue as if to the difference between them, so just inform me pls!

    I beileive that dextrose is a monosaccharide and table sugar is a disaccharide, and dextrose is pure glucose, whereas table sugar i think is a combo of glucose and sucrose. Don't quote me. lol

    They are all very similar. That is the reason you shouldn't take them ever, even PWO.

    no sugar pwo for me either. i am leaner now and unless i bulk and need the cals i wont use it at all. imo nothing beats real food, even pwo.

    I do a mixture of complex and simple carbs for PWO shake. I've had no problem with it and I usually stay lean (=<10%) year round.
