    Simply my diet

    Hello

    So guys i want to shade some fat off my sexy body lol:P So i came up with this diet after a lot of reading/watching i decided to make this diet.
    Which i want to be cuting diet where im not burning any muscles out and losing fat

    Meal 1: 7:00am (Aminos pills and glutmine)The idea behind it is that idont burn muscles when i do the low intense cardio.

    Workout: 7:15 am (Walk for hour)

    Meal 2: 8:30 am (50g protien tuna/ 35g carbs Wheat bread/ Green tea)

    Meal 3: 10.00 am (15g carb from fruts for quick energy apple/orange )

    Workout: 10.05 am (Weight trining hard core one )

    Meal 4 : 11.30 am ( 50g protien shake/60g carb from dates or banans)

    Meal 5: 1.00 pm (50G protien from Red meat/salaed)

    Meal 6: 4.00pm (50g protien tuna/salaed)

    Meal 7: 7.00pm (50g protien shake/fruts)

    Workout: 8.00 pm (1 hour walking)

    Meal 8: 9.30 pm (50g protien tuna/salaed/***** 3-6 pills)

    Possiblely Meal 9: (50g protien shake with lwo fat milk)

    Goodnight at 10.30 pm

    So baisclly its: 300-350g protien 100-140g carbs and very low fat around 20-30g from meat and *****s3-6 pills.
    Which is 2100-2500 calorie in take.
    BMR:4650.

    Stats
    Age:19
    heights:6.2ft
    BF:30%
    Body type:Endomorphic
    Years of lifting:2
    Have children:No lol

    I want to achieve Low body fat with no muscle lose


    1-So im i on the right track for losing body fat?And Puting muscle mass?
    2-Is it possible to add quality mass with this diet?(or do i have to increase my carbs?)
    3-If not please correct me

    I prefer putting real food in there and skipping the shakes.

    im only having 2 shakes which is after workout and before bed!

    Any other comments about my diet?

    I think you should drop the 2 hours daily of walking and start running for a shorter time maybe 1 hour total.

    Hmm Why should i do that?is there reason for canceling my low intense cardio?
