    high fiber slow digestion

it is true that high fiber foods also slow down digestion?

already found it. soluble fiber bonds with water in the stomach and creates a gel that digests slowly. insoluble fiber speeds up digestion. a spike in fiber intake can cause gas, diarrhea and bloating. a steady raise in fiber intake is recommended. fiber is good for several things in the colon and digestion tract. it can determine whether your turds are hard, soft, float, or sink lol
