    Carbs

    how many should I be eating. I am running 3 miles a day, swimming about half a mile, and lifting as usual.

    Trying to get real lean as well as get ready for a sprint triathlon

    Im looking to lose a little weight but i want to maintain as much muscle as possible. ive done the really low carb thing and I lost ALOT of muscle in the past so i dont want
