This is what I am eating, thoughts?

    Hello there:

    I am 26, 5'7'', 210 and 11% bf.
My goal is to gain some more weight, and this is pretty much where I am right now.
    I am on my 4th week out of 12 of a Test E cycle, 400 mg/week and 25mg/day of D-bol for 1-5 week.
My diet consists pretty much like this:My breakfast at 6am and then I keep on doing it every 2½ hours

    Meal 1 Breakfast

    6 eggs whites
    3 slice of wheat bread
    Orange juice

    Meal 2

    Skim milk
    Cup ot oats
    2 apples

    Meal 3

    3 slices of wheat bread
    6 egg whites
    cup of yogurt

    Meal 4 Lunch

    Salad
    1½ cup of brown rice
    2 chicken breasts
    2 fruits

    Workout
Before workout I take glutamine and cratine

    Meal 5 Post workout

Protein shake (Pro complex 1 scoop)
    Skim milk
    2 bananas

    20 mins later

    ½ cup of oats
    4 egg whites

    Meal 6

    2 slices of wheat bread
    whole egg
    Peanut butter

    Meal 7 Dinner

    Salad
    2 Fruits
    Pasta
    2 chicken breasts

    Last Meal before bed

Protein shake (Pro complex 1 scoop)
    Skim milk
    Glutamine

    That's pretty much 5000 calories
    Carbs: 580gr
    Protein: 300gr
    Fat: 50-60gr

I work out 5 days a week and cardio 3 times a week 40 mins.

I would like to read your suggestions and what do you thin about it.

    Thanks in advance.

    Meal 1 Breakfast

    6 eggs whites
    3 slice of wheat bread
    Orange juice
up to 10 egg whites, cut the orange juice and add some oatmeal
    Meal 2

    Skim milk
    Cup ot oats
    2 apples
needs protein, i would cut the apples and sub more oats in for them, add some lean protein like chicken/tuna/eggs
    Meal 3

    3 slices of wheat bread
    6 egg whites
    cup of yogurt
again up the egg whites, cut the yogurt, good carb sources, not simple sugars, red potatos/sweet potatos, brown rice, bananas
    Meal 4 Lunch

    Salad
    1½ cup of brown rice
    2 chicken breasts
    2 fruits
make sure the fruits are bananas and your good here
    Workout
Before workout I take glutamine and cratine
    how much?
    Meal 5 Post workout

Protein shake (Pro complex 1 scoop)
    Skim milk
    2 bananas

    20 mins later

    ½ cup of oats
    4 egg whites
more food here, and you can wait an hour after your shake, whey takes around 45 minutes to be digested
    Meal 6

    2 slices of wheat bread
    whole egg
    Peanut butter
    more protein
    Meal 7 Dinner

    Salad
    2 Fruits
    Pasta
    2 chicken breasts
    good
    Last Meal before bed

Protein shake (Pro complex 1 scoop)
    Skim milk
    Glutamine
what are the protein types in pro complex? i would add some good fats here to slow digestion
    That's pretty much 5000 calories

up the creatinei'm assuming this is creatine monohydrate? to 10-15g pre and post workout, don't take the glutamine post workout as the glutamine peptides will fight for absorption with it

cut the shake as it's mostly whey and therefore useless before bed, you need something with casein(milk) protein, so eat some cottage cheese or a solid meal that's pro/fat meaning something like steak or chicken/nuts or tuna/olive oil or tuna/avocado

btw, if you recalculate the macros(which you should) i'll bet you will be pushing 5500-6000 calories
