Milk before bed?
Does drinking a 12oz/300ml of skim milk with your pure whey protein before going to bed will mess with your fat burn and 6 pack?
Im plannig on doing a restrict diet to loose fat and shape my abs, one more thing that will my only glass of milk during the day cause I hear that milk makes your stomach bloated.

but just one glass of milk a day will do any harm?

Milk is great before bed due to its casein protein so when you mix it with whey your body wont digest the protein (within the milk/whey) all at once, it'll work as a slower digesting protein.
Consider skim milk + casein protein too. Remember its all about calories in, calories out.
