    Whey With Oats

    Wondering if anyone has tried to mix in Whey with their oats and how it worked out? I'm thinking about giving it a try.

    Its alright Add liquid egg whites sometimes too.

    go for it, i have a pint of milk, cup of oats, scoop of whey and some honey, all in a shaker and knock it back.

    do it everyday. Cook my oats and and my eggs separately and then mix it all together with chocolate whey protein

    I just blend up the oats in my magic bullet so they are powder form and then add to my whey shake. Nice and easy.

    not sure I could do that, i've mixed the eggs and oats, but the whey on top might just be to hard core for me.

    I tried this today for the first time:

    1 scoop whey, cup of egg whites, tbsp natty pb and cup of oats.

    It tasted so damn good.

    you can also do oats regularly and then sprinkle whey on top of it..and then just mix it up..it tastes really good!!!

    my morning shake blended is

    Scotch Oats
    Whey Protein
    Egg Whites
    300ml Water

    Tastes great

    I used to cook my oats, mix in a chopped apple and 2 scoops choco whey. Now I just make a shake with 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup raw oats, 1 1/2 cup no fat milk, one scoop unflavored whey, waxy maize, 200 mg caffiene, and one spoon of nestlequick for flavor and through it back. I do it within minutes of waking, and I work out about an hour later.

    best taste so far for me was simple bud=

    1 cup oats
    1 scoop chocalate whey
    1 banana
    i tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

    thats it taste great m8!

    i blend it all up at once and uve got a nice choco fluffoo shakeo lolololo
