Need diet to fit my needs
Here are my stats-
height- 5" 10
weight- 155
BF- 7%
Age- 18
I realize I am light because my diet has been 5hitty and I have recently been working on changing it. I want to bulk and would like to weigh 170 w in 3-4 months. With my height and weight I should get about 3,000 calories a day, correct me if I'm wrong. Can someone please help me create a good bulking diet?

I will list what I have had so far today, every meal I eat is either eggs, oats, chicken, steak, fish, almonds, veggies, fruits, potatoes. etc., never anything unhealthy.
Meal 1- 6 eggs and 1 cup oats 11 am ( I woke up late )
meal 2 - 2 potatoes and 6 oz fish 12:30
Preworkout- no xplode
workout 115-240
postworkout- weigh protein with 1 bannana 2:50
Meal 3- 10 oz of pepper steak 3:30
2 yogurts ( each 170 calories ) 4:30
5 oz pepper steak 6:00
I will have 3-4 more meals to finish off the day, so far from what I ate does that look ok? Also I have no idea how many calories I am consuming or anything, since I am bulking I am just constantly eating, I don't remember the last time I was actualy hungryLast edited by GymHero; 03-04-2009 at 09:25 PM.
