height- 5" 10
weight- 155
BF- 7%
Age- 18
I realize I am light because my diet has been 5hitty and I have recently been working on changing it. I want to bulk and would like to weigh 170 w in 3-4 months. With my height and weight I should get about 3,000 calories a day, correct me if I'm wrong. Can someone please help me create a good bulking diet?![]()
