    Frozen Dinners

Have any of you incorporated Bouget frozen dinners into their diet? My wife bought some at the store and i was looking at the nutritional value on the box. This one had 15g of protein and 330 cals in it.

so according to the nutritional info it has 15g of protein, protein has 4 calories per gram so 60 total calories

    (60/330) x 100 = 18% protein, horrible ratio
