    please help out with proposed diet !!

    planning on cutting some body fat in the next couple of months as of right now am 205 13% bf at 5'8 was wondering if u guys can take a look at this diet an make any sugeestions

    tdee is 3432 , workout 5 days a week with 30 min pwo cardio, and 4 days of am cardio for 45min ususally treadmill or elliptical i keep my heart rate at about 125-140

    p/c/f
    meal 1: 2 eggs 140 12 0 8
    1 cup egg whites 120 24 4 0
    1 cup oats 300 10 54 6


    meal2: 6 ounce tuna 197 43 0 1.5
    1/2 oats 150 5 27 3



    meal 3: 8 oz chicken 220 50 0 3
    6 oz sweet potatoe 153 3 36 0

    workout


    meal 4:2 scp protein 220 40 6 3
    1/2 oats 150 5 27 3
    1 med banana 118 1 30 0


    meal 5: 1 can tuna 132 29 0 1
    2 slices wheat bread 200 8 34 2
    1 TB mayo 90 0 0 10


    meal 6 : 8 oz chicken 220 50 0 3
    1 tb pb 105 4 3 8


    meal 7: 1 scp casein 110 24 3 0
    1.5 tb pb 158 6 4 12

    total caolries 2783 313 228 63

    Thanks , any other inputs or things that I can change , on non workout days I just drop to half a cup oats in 1st meal an
    Drop my post workout meal

    Pretty much perfect diet, I would just drop PWO on non gym days. I would stick with this plan 3-4 weeks, expecting to lose about 5-8 pounds, adjusting the calories up/down by 300-400, depending on results.

    Looks good to me as well, I would add in some fibrous carbs to 2-3 of the meals.

    Thanks guys , just needed to be sure , I was just 2nd guessing myself , will add some broccoli into 2 meals !
