    Incredible cravings for sweets

I am eating very lean. In the middle of the day usually after one of my lunches of sweet potatoe and chicken or steak, I get an almost uncontrollable craving for sweets. It is crazy.

I have been giving in more than I like but I am still leaning up quite a bit.

Is the craving some kind of signal to my bodt, or sign of something other than my sweettooth?

I dunno, some people have a more prevalent sweet tooth than others. When mine acts up (usually not too badly) I like sugar free popcicles, usually does the trick.

Whenever I am having a craving for something sweet I pop in a couple piecesof strong gum and it takes that craving away. It works for me somehow, give it a try and let me know if it helps

So it's decided. An orange-gum flavored popcicle is the answer. LOL
