My Diet isnt the best so im on here for criticism. Im bulking up so not really watchn as close as I should what I eat although I try. Just try to keep it helpful ha
also I work nights so im only awake about 13hrs a day.
Meal 1 - 6 Eggs & PBJ, or Oatmeal & 4 egg whites
PWO Meal 2 - Protein shake 2 Turkey or Ham sandwiches or 3 of Arbys Ham & swiss
Meal 3 - Steak fajita, or Popcorn Chicken, or maybe small pizza
Meal 4 - Couple PB&Js or Half a subway sandwich
Meal 5- Chinese food, or BBQ (Smoked ham turkey chicken etc...) or Footlong Subsandwich, or maybe Homemade dinner
Meal 6 - Lunchable, or Chicken Quesadilla, or Beef Burrito or 2 PB&j's
Meal 7- Same as meal 3 or 4
