    Critic My Diet!!!

    Stats are ---
    22 yrs old
    6'1
    203lbs
    12%bf

    My Diet isnt the best so im on here for criticism. Im bulking up so not really watchn as close as I should what I eat although I try. Just try to keep it helpful ha
    also I work nights so im only awake about 13hrs a day.

    Meal 1 - 6 Eggs & PBJ, or Oatmeal & 4 egg whites
    PWO Meal 2 - Protein shake 2 Turkey or Ham sandwiches or 3 of Arbys Ham & swiss
    Meal 3 - Steak fajita, or Popcorn Chicken, or maybe small pizza
    Meal 4 - Couple PB&Js or Half a subway sandwich
    Meal 5- Chinese food, or BBQ (Smoked ham turkey chicken etc...) or Footlong Subsandwich, or maybe Homemade dinner
    Meal 6 - Lunchable, or Chicken Quesadilla, or Beef Burrito or 2 PB&j's
    Meal 7- Same as meal 3 or 4

    Oh my, you need all kinds of work brother...

    I don't say this often, because I prefer to give customized ctiticism, but you need to check out the unnoficial "How to bulk" sticky at the top of the page.

    Your food choices are horrible. First off, no more pizza, arby's or chinese. (although a while back Chinese was my preferred "cheat")

    For meal one, is that 6 egg whites and only 2 yolks? or 6 whole eggs and 4 whites?

    Quesadillas, lunchables, and beef burritos are all processed garbage unless you make tham at home with healthy ingredients.

    After you read the bulking sticky, you should re-post a new and improved diet in this thread and we'll give it a go again.

    doesent sound to healthy pal, i now its a bulking cycle but you can bulk up but still eat healthly, i tend to eat healthly keep my diet in check an every three days have a meal full of shit for example mcdonalds, to much fat like the pizza and pop corn chicken for example like youve said your eatin on a day to day basis will just make you fat an once you come off the steds youll feel bloated and like shit! seen this happen to many of my friends, just up your protien intake and carbs and hammer your fruits an veggies pal! every third day treat yourself!

    and obviously do some cardio!

    Your diet needs a whole lot of work! Repost in the diet section and be prepared.

    2 whole eggs & 4 whites. And ill give that a read although I think ive read it before and never quite understood it. I try to eat as much protein as possible without stackn on the fat
