Burnt chicken
I was grilling some chicken and forgot about it, anyhow, it gets nearly burnt, actually it was black around the edges. Somehow I like it though, it taste better to me then the normal juicy chicken i've been cooking. It's almost like a jerky or something. My question is do you think it losses any nutritional value being very over cooked?

LOL chicken jerkey... Maybe it loses some trace nutrients, but the protein remains the same. I like my meat burnt on the outside too

Yeah exactly what it was, jerky.
I opened the grill and thought it was ruined, threw it in the fridge and ate some later and it was delicious!
With a little bit of this sprinkled on top of course.
I owe any success I have with my diet to this stuff. It never gets old.
