today was a cheat day so im going to exclude it from my listing (didnt do too bad anyways) but im gonna list my daily average diet, and for me this seems like a lot of food but the numbers dont add up to what i need to be eating, that or my figures are off, and i realize i rely heavily on supplements
meal 1 Eggs and 2 sausage links (or oatmeal and chicken breasts with tomato, weird i know)
meal 2 atkins protein bars 34g
meal 3 30g of deli turkey on a 45 calorie piece of wheat (pre gym usually afetr work)
meal 4 post workout RTD 51 (51g lol) and occasionally a soda or something like a 100 calorie pack of dorritos (if ur gonna eat crap i guess do it moderation after a heavy lift)
meal 5 3 turkey sausages 30g
meal 6 protein shake or bar (30-50g)
either im not calculating everything correct or thats only about 180-200 grams of protein give or take daily, but to me i feel like im full and eatign constantly (and honestly i am lol).. i know i need to be eating about 2 grams per pound of body weight on a cycle..but just eating this way ive gained just shy on 20 pounds in 3 weeks on test/deca (water i know went from 225 to 245 seemingly overnight) how do you guys inflate this numbers tremendously? what am i doign wrong? i know theres a lot of supplements in there but i just dont see how you can realistically eat 450 grams of protein a day without a feeding tube
