    his book on keto is very good so i would assume this one is as well

    i've read that one and it's a good beginner guide, doesn't really go that in depth, but if you aren't very versed in diet/nutrition then it's a great starter book, lyle macdonald's stuff is very technical(that's why i like it)

    i cant say ive read it - but as phate said - i think youdd be hard pressed going wrong reading Lyle MacDonald when it come to this topic. - JMO...
