I go to the gym at 6 in the morning and due 30 minutes of cardio and them lift some wieghts. What should I eat before I go and what should I eat after the work out. I tried working out on empty stomach, but felt week and sick. I have been eating a small bowl of cereal then working out and drinking a body fortress protein shake afterwards with fruit in it. What should I do. I want to cut alot of fat and gain some muscle too. I am on cypanate and just started friday.
