    Keto- Metabolism Question

    Hey guys,

    I have been on keto for about 9 weeks and lost about 10-15lbs. The past few weeks the weight loss has really stopped with the addition of a fat burner. I started lowering the fat consumption, but I think I slowed my metabolism. Any ideas how to jump start my metabolism and jump back on keto asap?

    Assuming you formed the diet correctly with the right amounts of proteins and fats, I wouldn't just lower the fats.
    There are a few things you could do:

    1) Up the duration of your cardio

    2) Re-format the diet and calorie requirements based off your new lighter bodyweight. (If you didn't base it off of your lean body weight)

    3) cycle in some protein and leafy greens only days. Without the fats. Once or twice a week for two weeks.

    4) Throw in a second cheat meal for a week or two.
