    Lean Bulk diet

    My diet for lean bulk:

    Meal 1 8:00am

    1scoop whey
    1.5scoop muscle milk
    10oz milk
    1 banana
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 tbsp olive oil

    830; 62p; 79c; 30f


    Meal 2 10:00am

    4 egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    2 slice whole wheat bread
    8oz milk

    542; 45p; 53c; 14f


    Meal 3 12:30pm

    7oz chicken
    wheat pasta
    salad/dressing

    717; 62.5p; 50.5c; 9f


    Meal 4 3:00pm

    1scoop muscle milke
    1scoop whey
    1 banana
    8oz milk
    1tbsp olive oil

    605; 49p; 45c; 23f


    Meal 5 5:30pm

    7.5 oz chicken
    1/8cup walnuts
    salad/dressing
    8oz milk

    757; 68p; 19c; 22f


    Meal 6 8:00pm

    7oz chicken
    1 wheat tortilla
    sour cream
    8oz milk

    Meal 7 10:30pm PWO

    2.5 scoop whey
    4oz orange juice
    2oz milk
    1 banana
    2 scoop waxy maize

    Meal 8 11:30pm

    1scoop whey
    1scoop caesin
    8oz milk

    350; 57p; 14c; 4f


    Totals: 4628.5 cals; 461.5 protein; 308.5 carbs; 90.5 fat


    I had a late workout. Usually I workout around 1pm and I cut out carbs after 6pm because im trying to lean bulk. I also do am cardio on tues/thurs and sat.

    I train mwf

    So workout is between meals 3 and 4?
    Just looking at the totals, this doesn't look like much of a "lean" bulk at all.

    What are you're stats and what are you hoping to gain?

    Well its really a bulk diet i guess, I just call it lean because I usually cut carbs after 6pm and I am doing some AM cardio. This probably was not a very good day to plce my diet. Ill post tomorrow again.

    My stats:

    weight: 195lbs
    height: 6'1
    Goals: Gain 10lbs muscle and lose 5lbs fat

    Yea man bad example diet. My bad. Ill post tomorrow. Usually I have a shake in morning after workout and before bed. so 3 shakes. What do you think about that?

    8 meals I guess that would be fine with 3 shakes. 4600 calories seems excessive. I have almost exact stats as you and I can bulk with less than 3600.
