my diet any thoughts
breakfast-8 egg whites 2 yolks 1 cup oats
meal 2 40 gram shake
meal 3 steak and brocoli with 1 cup brn rice or potatoe
pre workout meal 4 40 grm whey/casien/soy mix plus any supps
meal 5 post workout shake
meal 6 steak 1 cup rice and salad
meal 7 40 gam whey
meal 8 2 cups cottage chese and 40 gram protien
any thoughts
do i have a good diet or is there room to imporve

thanks do u think its enough to do a lean bulk im 220 and 10 percent bodyfat

i use a soy/whey/casien mix its all i can afford its from costco by myoplex
