    nube's diet please critique

    whats up yall im new here. i am 22, 6'0'', 155 pounds. i would guess that my body fat is between 8 and 10 percent . a year and a halph ago i was 127 pounds. im looking to get to the next level, in my mind 190+ and maintain the same body fat percentage. this diet along with waits got me to where i am now.


    meal one 7a m to 8am
    two or three eggs, bread with butter, bacon. glass of water

    meal two 10am to 11am
    usually some type of sandwich with cheese and lots of mayo, piece of fruit and bottle of watter.

    meal three 12pm to 2 pm
    lunch time usually mexican burritos, tacos, quesodillas, chips and queso, and a big cold coca cola to wash it down. not taco bell.

    meal four 6pm to 730pm (dinner)
    depends between beef products, chicken products , fish, pastas combinations of two or more. couple glasses of whole milk. bread, and usually a big bowl of ice cream if ive got it in stock.

    meal five 9pm to 10pm
    sandwich cheese and meat with mayo, variety of fruit apples, oranges, banannas, and watter. then bed.




    its gotten a lot harder to grow like i was. i suppose i should just eat more and hit the waits harder? i wouldnt mind even putting on a little fatty weight, just to gain more weight. So please critique any comments or suggestions would be appriecieated.

    let me know if ive left out any important stats.

    meal two 10am to 11am
    usually some type of sandwich with cheese and lots of mayo, piece of fruit and bottle of watter. chicken and 1 cupbrown rice will do and a tbl natty pb

    meal three 12pm to 2 pm
    lunch time usually mexican burritos, tacos, quesodillas, chips and queso, and a big cold coca cola to wash it down. not taco bell. all worng. another chicken breast or tuna with 1/2cup brown rice or oats
    meal four 6pm to 730pm (dinner)
    depends between beef products, chicken products , fish, pastas combinations of two or more. couple glasses of whole milk. bread, and usually a big bowl of ice cream if ive got it in stock. cut out ice cream. have a 6oz. lean steak with green veg and a tbl olive oil.
    meal five 9pm to 10pm
    sandwich cheese and meat with mayo, variety of fruit apples, oranges, banannas, and watter. then bed. move this between meal 3 and 4 and have chicken or tuna with 1cup brown rice

    meal six:1/2 cup cottage cheese and a 1tbl natty pb

    im sure im misssing a few things, ill leave the rest to the pros. but you need to clean up the diet and eat moreto get good gians

    thanks man, i am ecto i have never had to watch what i eat. did you mean add that food to what i allready eat? or eat that only? because that doesnt seem like much? im gona try out that bulk diet they have posted in this forum.

    Yah, definately check out the bulking sticky at the top of the page. The problem is in your food choices. You're getting calories from really bad food. Clean them up, post a revised edition once you think you got that part down and we'll go from there.

    your obly 155lbs so you wont need 5k calroies just eating the right foods in the right amount at the right times is what makes the difference

    ok. i have looked at the bulking diet. went out and stocked up on rice veggies chicken breast (boneless skinless) and red meats and eggs, i figured i would get it all in bulk, sht aint cheap. i will post when i have my meal plan down. today was the first day so i figure its not legit yet. i dont have wey protien. thanks verry much for the input. check back now and then.
