whats up yall im new here. i am 22, 6'0'', 155 pounds. i would guess that my body fat is between 8 and 10 percent . a year and a halph ago i was 127 pounds. im looking to get to the next level, in my mind 190+ and maintain the same body fat percentage. this diet along with waits got me to where i am now.
meal one 7a m to 8am
two or three eggs, bread with butter, bacon. glass of water 6 egg whites 1 whole and a half cut of oats
meal two 10am to 11am
usually some type of sandwich with cheese and lots of mayo, piece of fruit and bottle of watter. chicken and 1 cupbrown rice will do and a tbl natty pb
meal three 12pm to 2 pm
lunch time usually mexican burritos, tacos, quesodillas, chips and queso, and a big cold coca cola to wash it down. not taco bell. all worng. another chicken breast or tuna with 1/2cup brown rice or oats
meal four 6pm to 730pm (dinner)
depends between beef products, chicken products , fish, pastas combinations of two or more. couple glasses of whole milk. bread, and usually a big bowl of ice cream if ive got it in stock. cut out ice cream. have a 6oz. lean steak with green veg and a tbl olive oil.
meal five 9pm to 10pm
sandwich cheese and meat with mayo, variety of fruit apples, oranges, banannas, and watter. then bed. move this between meal 3 and 4 and have chicken or tuna with 1cup brown rice
meal six:1/2 cup cottage cheese and a 1tbl natty pb
its gotten a lot harder to grow like i was. i suppose i should just eat more and hit the waits harder? i wouldnt mind even putting on a little fatty weight, just to gain more weight. So please critique any comments or suggestions would be appriecieated.
