Looking for advice on these numbers/stats:

I'm just done bulking, I got up to 226 and started my cardio 2 weeks ago.

Right now, I'm running 6 days a week, 30 minutes @5.5mph. Burns about 450 calories in 30 minutes.

I can put together the food, but as far as numbers:

    I was 217 this morning. I'm 6' tall.

I'm floating around 14% bf. (outline of abs, but missing the bottom 2)

Goint to assume at 210/205 I'd be lean enough.

    I plan on the following:
-Continue low intensity cardio 6 days a week/30minutes a day.
-Continue weight training 6 days a week
    -I will be using ECA
    -I will be on Nova/Test-e/EQ/Tbol
-Letro will be added this week to avoid water retention/bloat.
-Cycle runs 6 more weeks, then just PCT. Letro 2.5mgs 4 weeks/nova 20mgs 4 weeks, 2 weeks at 40 after the letro then 2 weeks working down to 5mgs. 2 shots of 500 UI HCG over 2 weeks.

Approx what calorie intake, carb, protein and fat intake will I need to shed fat, and maybe stack on more muscle?

    I was thinking:
    -Calories-
Would probably want to get around 3000?
    -Carbs-
Complex as possible, split into only half of my meals and about 200?
    -Protein-
    250?
    -Fats-
    flax and O6's @ 75grams?

Would love to hear feed back!!!! I'll create a diet based off those numbers then and look for more critiquing!

The numbers you have there will give you 3375 daily calories, which, before you started your cardio was basically your maintenance level. Were I you, I would bump up your calories to about 3500 (protein mostly, a few grams of carbs) and see where that takes you.

I'm curious if the letro will make a noticable difference in and of itself...

So thinking bump the cals a little, but lean proteins and lower carbs?

What you think for carbs? 200mgs over 3 meals (6 total meals).

The letro should help with the bloat from Test E mostly, but I do bloat a little from the EQ even. The ECA is also a diuretic so will help get some water out of me.

Oh, sorry, I didn't say that very well. If you bumped up your calories about 175. Then, with your cardio every day, you'll have a nice clean muscle friendly cut. I was saying that those calories should come mostly from protein and maybe a little from carbs. I'd leave the fat where it is.

And yes, maybe carb up on your morning meals and then of course PWO.
