    Looking to do a lean bulk

    CURRENT STATS
    20 YRS OLD
    189 POUNDS
    AROUND 15-20% BF

    current diet

    breakfast-2 egg whites..1 cup of oatmeal..slice of wheat bread
    snack-banana
    lunch-3oz chicken breast..3 oz rice.1 cup of green veggies
    snack-apple
    dinner-6oz chicken thigh...6oz rice..1 cup of green veggies
    snack-1 activia yogurt with handful of walnuts.

    this diet was used to lean me down ..but im looking to use the same diet as i plan to cycle but obviously with more added to each meal.

    Sorry I can't help, but I am sure other people can but you don't appear to have any question(s) anywhere in any of your posts that ask for help, what help you need, where you need help, etc etc. I am in need of help for my first possible show, so I know how valuable help is.     replace with 8 egg whites + 2 whole eggs. Don't eat the bread, it's useless, and a waste of stomach space. Add a protein shake here - 50g of whey - with oats.

    snack-banana
    add some natural protein here: chicken breast, etc.

    lunch

    I would hope that you're eating brown rice & increase chicken breast intake

    snack
    -apple
    replace with turkey breast and fiberous vegitables

    dinner
    -6oz chicken thigh...6oz rice..1 cup of green veggies
    one again, I hope you're talking about brown rice

    snack
    -1 activia yogurt with handful of walnuts.
    useless. take 50g of casein protein (in a shake) prior to bed... or if you don't want another shake, then eat cottage cheese

    this diet was used to lean me down ..but im looking to use the same diet as i plan to cycle but obviously with more added to each meal.
