breakfast-2 egg whites..1 cup of oatmeal..slice of wheat bread
snack-banana
lunch-3oz chicken breast..3 oz rice.1 cup of green veggies
snack-apple
dinner-6oz chicken thigh...6oz rice..1 cup of green veggies
snack-1 activia yogurt with handful of walnuts.

this diet was used to lean me down ..but im looking to use the same diet as i plan to cycle but obviously with more added to each meal.
