Im curious if most calorie counter table represent raw or cooked weights when they report nutritional content, as this will obviously affect my daily caloric intake. Thanx all....

Thats why im curious, I east allot of chicken and prawns/shrimp from frozen. Ill loose neary 3oz on a 9oz portion of shrimp just due to water. Ground beef is good for that as well. Hmmm....

Food values are almost aways determined with it in its raw state. Wait til your chicken is thawed before you weigh it. Many foods will be much lighter after you cook them and you will get a lot of excess calories if you are weighing them after cooking and going by the numbers listed on food charts.

It is always raw unless you are on a calorie counting site that gives you a specific cooking method like "1 lb chicken wings, non-breaded : fried".
