Ok im 33 ,5'10 and 290lbs . My goal is 230. 3 yrs ago i was 230 with less than 10% bf. Went from 332 to 290 doing low carb diet(10-30 carbs a day). Going to gym 5 to 6 days a week doing cardio and weight training. I cant stay on this low carb diet forever and looking for a good meal plan. So im looking for a couple of diffrent meal plan ideas. Also another ? Is should i continue doing both weights and cardio or just cardio? I will be using clen also...thanks
