I am about 248lbs, and know I do not have a six pack. I love to work out. My work out buddies and my girls got me eating around 4 servings of meat daily fish, chicken, red meat, chicken and 2 protein shakes daily with brocolli, salad, and fruits. On occations eggs, or egg whites and oatmeal. I have been told that this might not be the right diet for me and my current goals. Do any one have any suggestions.
