I understand that the only time you really need a Whey shake is PWO. However, do you guys drink them on the days you just do cardio or nada?

On the days I don't workout I just do cardio in the morning. After cardio I have meal one: Eggs oats, the usual. But that's just me. I know some down some bcaa's or a whey shake...
