    need sugestions ....has to be something wrong

    i switched up my diet about 2 months ago. to try and cut. and still not seeing the results i feel i should be seeing by now.

    around 11-12 bf
    5 11
    today im 30 days into 100mg prop and 75mg tren ed
    6 30 am shake 50 g p 11g bcaa 8g glutamin 8 g creatin

    workout and hiit cardio half hour 6 days aweek

    8:45 post shake 50 g p oats 27g c banana 27 g c 11g bcaa 8g glutamin 8 g creatin

    10:00 a 2 cans tuna --half cup oats 63 g p 27 g c 2.5 f

    1230 chicken half cup oats 50 g 27 g c

    3:00 fish , cup veg 20 almonds 50 p 21 g f

    5:00 eggs , cup veg 20 ALMOND 50 P 21 G F

    7:30 chicken cup veg 50 p

    10:00 fat free cottage cheese or cassein shake sometimes both 50 g p

    drinking atlast a gallon of water a day

    on mondays and wed i have a second workout in the evenings and an hour of hiit cardio and post shake 50 g p 11g bcaa 8g glutamin 8 g creatin

    sundays i have 1 cheat meal but i always keep it in reason still no sugar

    protein 413
    carbs 108
    fat 45

    diet doesn't look bad, but if you are at a sticking point, you may want to start cutting back the calories a bit , or try carb cycling. What is your daily totals for calories and macros

    I don't calculate your carbs at 108, seems to add up to 163.

    Regardless, you may want to consider bumping up the cardio, and see what happens. Lower intensity cardio for longer duration.

    T-Mos has a good point on carb cycling.

    i do somewhat cycle my carbs by adding them on sundays usually around 350 to 400 grams

    Maybe it will benifit you more if you do cardio an an empty stomach in the morning to burn as much glycogen and fat as possible so when you eat you carbs it will be a refuel and then later when you workout you will be doing the same thing. Also this will creat a more balanced metabolism because you will be creating a high metabolism in the morning and afternoon. (aso almonds are a good soure of fat but if you want to benifit more for weight loss get a complete Essentail Fatty Acid source, and if you have to choice between fish or flaxseed choose fish oil because your body absorbs for efa's)
