i switched up my diet about 2 months ago. to try and cut. and still not seeing the results

workout and hiit cardio half hour 6 days aweek
8:45 post shake 50 g p oats 27g c banana 27 g c 11g bcaa 8g glutamin 8 g creatin
10:00 a 2 cans tuna --half cup oats 63 g p 27 g c 2.5 f
1230 chicken half cup oats 50 g 27 g c
3:00 fish , cup veg 20 almonds 50 p 21 g f
5:00 eggs , cup veg 20 ALMOND 50 P 21 G F
7:30 chicken cup veg 50 p
10:00 fat free cottage cheese or cassein shake sometimes both 50 g p
drinking atlast a gallon of water a day
on mondays and wed i have a second workout in the evenings and an hour of hiit cardio and post shake 50 g p 11g bcaa 8g glutamin 8 g creatin
sundays i have 1 cheat meal but i always keep it in reason still no sugar
