forget dextrose, maltodextrine and all that shit. You won't EVER need that.
PWO have anything; rice, potato, pasta, oats, fruit, its healthier and tastier.
I funny to see these supplements claiming to replenisg gycogen stores faster than the speed of light, provinging supersonic insulin spikes, and all that BS.
So you got sugar in your body in no time. So what? Money making, thats all.
