YES i lived on scrambled eggs when I was cutting for a contest
well im suppose to eat 5 white eggs and and 1 whole but i gag after the third one so i eat bout 4 eggs whites but i eat them broiled ya so that cool imma start scramblin them perfecttt

Buy liquid egg whites, mix it with whey. Pure protein and tastes like milk/whey.
i'll add one of those whey/eggwhite/oats shakes ever few days just when I don't feel like eating all of the oats and eggs because lets be honest, when you're eating all those eggs, sometimes it can make you want to gag and I love eggs.
when someone says to eat egg whites it does not mean to eat them raw..

Exactly what I was thinking, now eating them raw makes me want to gag.
1 egg = 80 calories and 6 G protein
1 egg white = 17 calories and 3.6 g protein
4 whites and 1 yolk = 148 calories 21.9% protein
Skinless boneless chicken breast 3.5oz = 180 calories 16.8 protein
What Im trying to say is, replace chicken for eggs to me it's a no brainer. Why be miserible

when i'm cutting i scramble 2 whole eggs with 4 egg whites. They come out yellow and taste like a whole egg. Delicious!
I drink about two cups of pasteurized egg whites a day. Better than a shake.
