    eggwhites

    looking to use eggwhites in my shakes.. whats the best way to go about that.
    getting them straight from an egg or purchasing liquid eggwhites?

    it is more convenient to get them from liquid, but it will cost a little more than cracking them and separating them yourself
    just make sure you get the PURE egg white liquid with NO extra crap in it

    Can't you get salmonella from eating egg whites that you separated from an egg?

    you can get salmonella from pasteurized eggs as well as raw ones, but the chance in pasteurized eggs whites is 20,000:1
