Could someone make a good diet plan for me. I wonna cut all my fat out for right know. Mainly my stomach, and face. I'm good with my upper body right now, i bench around 290-310, depending on the day.

we don' make diet plans, we critique them, so write down everything you eat in a day, amounts and macros and we'll help you out
morning- 4 eggs,3 bacon, 2 sausage, glass of milk
lunch- tuna - two cans- no bread- tsp man.
dinner - steak/ chicken, potatoes, carrots. Glass of milk
And i dont eat nothing after 7 pm, dont know if that ever worked or not, just feel better in the morning.

Thanks for the stats but telling us your bench weight means absolute jack shit. We can assist you with YOUR diet approach but you must first do some reading and formulate a basic diet and we can all pick it apart for you.
